Following Balsam Mountain Preserve LLC's default on a security instrument and loan agreement, the Jackson County Superior Court on October 30, 2009, appointed RADCO Property Management as Receiver for Balsam Mountain Preserve subject to filing of the Receiver's bond. On November 2, RADCO's appointment as Receiver of Balsam Mountain Preserve became effective. In addition to Balsam Mountain staff, RADCO personnel will be on site assisting in a smooth transition until the foreclosure proceeding is concluded.
