Thanks for visiting the new BalsamMountain.net site. If you've never visited the Great Smoky Mountains or Western North Carolina, you're in for quite a treat. There's probably no more beautiful place in the United States. Add an Arnold Palmer golf course in the side of the mountain, and a stable, and a nature center... Well, you get the idea. The Joomla! Project has assembled a top-notch team of experts to form the new Joomla! Security Strike Team. This new team will solely focus on investigating and resolving security issues. Instead of working in relative secrecy, the JSST will have a strong public-facing presence at the Joomla! Security Center. |

Following Balsam Mountain Preserve LLC's default on a security instrument and loan agreement, the Jackson County Superior Court on October 30, 2009, appointed RADCO Property Management as Receiver for Balsam Mountain Preserve subject to filing of the Receiver's bond. On November 2, RADCO's appointment as Receiver of Balsam Mountain Preserve became effective. In addition to Balsam Mountain staff, RADCO personnel will be on site assisting in a smooth transition until the foreclosure proceeding is concluded.
